What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you need a bit more time, just let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on availability.
Which airports are closest to the hotel, and how far are they?
You can fly into one of three nearby airports:
- Tivat Airport (TIV) – The closest option, just 20 minutes away by car.
- Podgorica Airport (TGD) – Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
- Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), Croatia – Around 1 hour and 45 minutes away, depending on border crossing times.
Please note: entry through Dubrovnik is subject to your visa requirements.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, we have the option to include the breakfast in your stay. You can book it with your room, or purchase it at the hotel – whatever suits you best, we will make sure a delicious and freshly prepared breakfast is served.
Does the hotel offer airport transfers?
Absolutely. We can organize a private transfer to and from the airport—just let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for you.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we offer free private parking for our guests. No need to worry about finding a spot!
Is there an EV charger at the hotel?
Yes, we got you covered!
Are children allowed at the hotel?
We are an adults-only hotel, so we welcome guests aged 18 and over. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind in a peaceful and grown-up atmosphere.
Is your hotel pet-friendly?
We LOVE pets, but unfortunately our hotel isn’t pet-friendly at the moment. Thanks for understanding.
Do you offer concierge or activity booking services?
Absolutely! Our amazing team is there to make your stay at Kotor Bay unforgettable. Weather it’s a boat tour, activity arrangement or a special occasion request, we make sure you have a great time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer two types of booking options:
Refundable Rate: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.
Non-Refundable Rate: This option does not allow for free cancellation. If you cancel or do not show up, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Please review the rate conditions carefully when making your booking to select the option that best suits your needs.
